Job summary

Launch Group is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to join an established team based in Melbourne. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing a mature ServiceNow environment, supporting incidents, requests and problem management. You will work with local and offshore teams to deliver platform enhancements and ongoing improvements.

The role offers a hybrid arrangement with 2-3 days on site in Melbourne, contributing to a large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and platform capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows and integrations.
• Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow enhancements and change requests.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents.

We're partnering with a leading enterprise organisation seeking a hands‑on ServiceNow Developer to join an established team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a critical ServiceNow environment.

Reporting to the ServiceNow Team Lead, you'll work closely with both local and offshore teams to deliver platform enhancements while supporting production incidents, service requests and problem management activities. This is a collaborative environment where you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the stability, performance and continuous improvement of a mature ServiceNow platform.
