Job summary

Speller International is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a contract role in Melbourne. You will join a mid-implementation team to remediate, enhance and deliver the ServiceNow platform, focusing on stability, performance, and best-practice design.

You will work with the Architect/Functional Lead, contribute to upcoming releases, and help document knowledge for AMS handover. Strong hands-on experience across ITSM, EAM and FSM is required.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer with practical delivery across modules.
• Expertise in ITSM, EAM and FSM implementations.
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, workflows and integrations.
• Solid understanding of platform best practices and development standards.
• Experience on in-flight or post-go-live ServiceNow projects.

ServiceNow Developer (Contract) – Melbourne

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a key client mid-implementation, supporting the remediation, enhancement, and delivery of their ServiceNow platform.

With multiple modules already deployed and further scope still to come, this role will focus on strengthening technical delivery, resolving existing issues, and ensuring the platform is built in line with best practice ahead of transition to AMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across the platform
• Support stabilisation of live modules, resolving defects and improving performance
• Work closely with the Architect / Functional Lead to implement recommended improvements
