Talenza is seeking a ServiceNow Developer in Brisbane to join a leading financial services organisation on an initial 3-month contract with potential extension and a view to permanent employment.

You will focus on strong ServiceNow development, configuration, integrations, and platform enhancements across a broad ServiceNow environment, collaborating with stakeholders and agile teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Experience building integrations with internal and external systems.
• Experience with scripting, workflows and platform configuration.
• Familiarity with upgrades, releases and environment management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and maintain ServiceNow solutions across the platform.
• Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and internal/external systems.
• Develop scripts, workflows, business rules, UI policies and other platform components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues, defects and integration errors.
• Support platform enhancements, upgrades, releases and ongoing improvements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Perform testing and support deployment activities across environments.
• Ensure ServiceNow solutions align with platform standards, security and best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations and processes.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, business analysts and other technical teams.
• Support BAU activities while contributing to project and transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, functionality and overall ServiceNow performance.

• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, business rules and platform configuration
• Ability to troubleshoot, enhance and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Experience working across ServiceNow modules and understanding how different platform capabilities interact
• Exposure to ServiceNow upgrades, releases and environment management
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to work with both technical and business teams
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
