Job summary

AC3, a ServiceNow Elite Partner, is hiring a hands-on ServiceNow developer to deliver solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and DevSecOps. You will work with Architects, Engineers, BAs and Testers on diverse government and private-sector projects, applying your knowledge from day one.

You will engage with customers, troubleshoot issues, and own end-to-end delivery while enjoying flexible hybrid work arrangements and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience across ITSM and other modules (ITOM, HRSD, DevSecOps, GRC, ITAM, CSM).
• Proven ability to build and implement solutions end-to-end.
• Confidence to handle technical questions and problem-solve in real time.
• Ability to work independently and deliver quickly.
• Relevant Industry certifications such as ITIL, CSA, CIS, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter knowledge on ServiceNow.
• Build and deliver ServiceNow solutions yourself, working closely with Architects, Engineers, BAs and Testers.
• Work across modules ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, DevSecOps, etc.
• Work on integrations via REST APIs, MID Servers, and custom logic.
• Troubleshoot issues without escalation or hand-holding.
• Engage directly with customers in technical discussions and solution design.
