Job summary

Dipole Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to drive enterprise implementation and migration initiatives. You will provide expert guidance on solution design, best practices, target-state architecture and migration approaches.

The role emphasizes GRC/IRM, Vulnerability Management, and Service Portal capabilities, with collaboration across security, risk, architects and developers to deliver scalable, out-of-the-box ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience including design, architecture and configuration.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Mandatory experience with GRC/IRM and Vulnerability Management or Vulnerability Response.
• Hands-on ServiceNow Service Portal configuration and development.
• Ability to define migration strategies and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and technical approach for enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
• Define target-state architecture and implementation approaches.
• Guide design, configuration and development best practices across modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop migration strategies and implementation roadmaps.
