Job summary

Alsco is seeking a Transport Manager for our Mulgrave Branch in Sydney. The role starts early morning and ends mid-afternoon, with a company vehicle provided and reporting to the Service Manager overseeing operations.

You will focus on ensuring resources for daily route completion, maintaining safety, recruiting and managing performance, and promoting a positive team culture to support lifestyle balance and growth within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Current people manager or 2+ years' managerial experiences, with drivers is advantageous.
• Fleet management experience is advantageous.
• A valid driver licence

We're looking for a Transport Manager to join our Service team at our Mulgrave Branch. Our typical working arrangement is early morning start and mid afternoon finish, leaving you plenty of time to enjoy the rest of your day and support your lifestyle. You will report to the Service Manager who oversees operations.

The key things you will focus on will be ensuring sufficient resources for daily route run completion, ensuring the safety and managing recruitment and performance, managing teams and promoting a positive working culture for your team.
