Job summary

Zip Water is looking for an experienced Service Technician to join the SA Service Team, servicing Adelaide Metro with install and service on boiling and chilled water units.

You will diagnose faults, perform maintenance, and ensure high-quality, safe service while building strong customer relationships and representing Zip professionally.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications or equivalent experience in plumbing or electrical trades.
• Proven fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service attitude and time management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain Zip's boiling, chilled and sparkling water systems across the Adelaide metropolitan area.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot technical issues to deliver effective solutions.
• Complete preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal product performance.
• Ensure all installations and service work are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Accurately complete service documentation and maintain service records.
• Represent the Zip brand professionally while building strong relationships with customers.

About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our team, servicing Adelaide Metro where you will provide install & service work on our boiling & chilled water units.

As a Service Technician at Zip, you will thrive on being customer focused with a knack for fault finding as well as demonstrating excellent attention to detail. Your reliability will be unquestionable, and you will take great pride in being organised and presenting yourself in the utmost professional way.

What you'll be doing:

• Install, service and maintain Zip's boiling, chilled and sparkling water systems across the Adelaide metropolitan area.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot technical issues to deliver effective solutions.
• Complete preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal product performance.

What we're looking for:

• Relevant trade qualifications or experience. We welcome applications from plumbers, electricians and other skilled service technicians.
• Someone who has excellent fault finding and problem-solving abilities
• Individuals who are able to manage their time efficiently and effectively
• Someone who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service experience to our customers
• Previous experience in the appliance industry, coffee machine or hot water industry
• An Australian resident and eligible to go through a security clearance
