Job summary

Rheem Australia is seeking an Installation & Service Technician to service the metropolitan suburbs and surrounding regions of South Australia. You will repair, maintain and install Rheem products, including gas heaters, electric heat pumps and solar systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards.

You will attend scheduled customer jobs and provide a professional, friendly service while maintaining safety for yourself and the public.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Plumbing.
• Additional restricted Electrical license – Highly desirable.
• Current SA drivers license.
• Comfortable using electronic communication/information devices.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled end customer jobs with a professional, pleasant, outgoing manner, mindful at all times of the importance of our customer.
• Installation of Rheem products including gas, electric heat pumps and solar. Ensuring our products are installed and operate within the design specifications and relevant standards.
• Evaluate and rectify the appliance problem efficiently and accurately and/or install and commission an appliance in accordance with the quotation.
• Maintain knowledge and attend Rheem training across the full product range include Rheem, Vulcan, Raypak, Edwards and Solahart.
• Maintain actions that safeguard both individual health and safety and that of the community.

About The Role
