Job summary

Energy Power Systems Australia (EPSA) is hiring an Electrical Service Technician in Karratha to design, maintain and support power generation equipment across customer sites and our workshop. You will service and fault-find, commission and test equipment while working with experienced technicians.

You’ll contribute to safety, quality and customer relationships, develop your technical capability with CAT equipment, and build a rewarding long‑term career close to home.

Qualifications

  • Electrical trade qualification.
  • Current Electrical Licence.
  • Current Australian driver's licence.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capability.
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical servicing, fault finding and repairs on diesel and gas generators, switchboards and control systems.
  • Commissioning, maintaining and testing power generation equipment in the field and workshop.
  • Diagnosing electrical and control system issues and delivering effective solutions.
  • Providing technical support and building strong customer relationships across the region.
  • Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and compliance in all work activities.

About The Role

As an Electrical Service Technician, you'll play an important role in designing, maintaining and supporting the energy solutions industries depend on.

Based in Karratha, you'll provide servicing, fault finding, repairs and technical support on a range of electrical power generation equipment across customer sites and our workshop. Working alongside experienced technicians and specialists, you'll develop your expertise while supporting customers across critical industries that rely on dependable power solutions.

Key responsibilities
