Job summary

Fibre King Pty Ltd in Victoria is seeking a Service Engineer to be the frontline of customer support for our packaging machinery. You will install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment while building strong regional client relationships.

Ideal candidates are mechanically trained with Electrical Fitter/Mechanic or Mechanical Trade qualifications, have PLC I/O experience, and are ready to travel locally, interstate or internationally to support a global customer base.

Qualifications

• Hands-on installation, commissioning, maintenance, and breakdown support.
• Excellent communication to train customers and document service reports.
• Willingness to travel locally, interstate and international.

• Lead safe installation support, commissioning, and reporting.
• Provide remedial and routine maintenance, equipment audits, and customer training.

• Support spare parts preparation, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Maintain accurate service reports and records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance systems and processes.
• Travel interstate and internationally as required to support our global customer base.

About the Role

As a Service Engineer, you’ll be the front line of customer support, ensuring our equipment runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently throughout its serviceable life. You’ll work hands-on across installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, and breakdown support — while also building strong relationships with customers within your territory.

What You’ll Do
