Technical Service & Maintenance: Deliver timely repairs, preventative maintenance, and fault diagnosis on SKIDATA equipment and sites.
Installation & Commissioning: Install, configure, and commission new access systems across NSW, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Administration: Accurately complete work orders, installation documentation, warranty forms, and parts management in ServiceNow.
Customer Support: Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing technical advice and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
OHS & Professionalism: Maintain high standards of safety, presentation, and equipment upkeep, while identifying and reporting hazards promptly.
In this role, you’ll be hands‑on, supporting clients across multiple sites, while contributing to the quality and reliability that SKIDATA is known for globally.
2–3 years’ experience in a service, maintenance, or installation role.
Qualification inElectrical, Mechanical, or Advanced Electronics(or working towards one).
Strong computer literacy and programming skills.
Solid problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
