BWT Pool Products Lincoln Pty Ltd – Seventeen Mile Rocks QLD

We are looking for a Service Technician who is reliable and motivated to join our busy team in Seventeen Mile Rocks, QLD.

This role would perhaps suit a technically minded individual, preferably from the Pool Industry or a tradesperson in the air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical or mechanical fields who is looking for a change and willing to take on this role and make it their own.

Your new role will range from working onsite diagnosing and repairing pool robotic cleaners, suction cleaners, pool pumps and pool heaters etc.,

You are happy to deal with customers face to face, over the phone and via email. At times you may also be required in assisting customers at our trade counter and assist our warehouse team when required so yes, the job will be varied and offers a mixture of functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair of robotic and suction pools cleaners, pool heaters and pool pumps
• Prepare all documentation and computer transactions and Excel based spreadsheets
• Visit customer premises to carry out repairs
• Serving and assisting customers at our trade counter
• Assist in our main warehouse from time to time

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in the pool industry (preferable but not essential), a Repair Center, have technical aptitude or trade qualified
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A strong work ethic with reliable attendance
• Ability to work autonomously and a decision maker
