Easy Pools is seeking a Full-Time Pool Service Technician to join our Brisbane-based team. You'll be out on the road servicing residential and commercial pools, manage a daily schedule, perform routine maintenance, balance water chemistry, inspect equipment, and keep customers informed about pool conditions.

The role offers hands-on training, opportunities to diagnose faults and repair pumps and filters, and a friendly, professional team.

Qualifications

About the role

As a Pool Service Technician, you'll be out on the road servicing residential and commercial swimming pools throughout Brisbane. You'll manage a daily service schedule, perform routine pool maintenance, test and balance water chemistry, inspect equipment and communicate with customers about the condition of their pool and equipment. You'll also have the opportunity to further develop your skills in diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs to pumps, filters, chlorinators and other pool equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining residential and commercial swimming pools
• Testing and balancing pool water chemistry
• Brushing, vacuuming and general pool cleaning
• Checking pumps, filters, chlorinators and other pool equipment
• Backwashing and maintaining filtration systems
• Identifying water quality and equipment issues
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out basic equipment repairs
• Providing customers with friendly, professional service and advice
• Keeping accurate records of work completed at each property
• Driving between scheduled jobs throughout the Brisbane area

About you

• Practical knowledge of pool servicing, water testing and chemical balancing
• Familiarity with common pool equipment, including pumps, filters and chlorinators
• A strong work ethic and pride in doing a job properly
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule
• A positive, practical and solutions-focused attitude
• Reliability and good time management
• A current driver's licence – manual licence preferred
• The physical fitness required for an active outdoor role
