Job summary

Rheinmetall Australia is seeking a Service & Support Manager – Digital Systems to lead a team of technical specialists delivering maintenance, repair and support for Land 400 Phase 2 Boxer CRV digital systems across Australia.

You will drive equipment availability, customer outcomes and continuous improvement while balancing technical, commercial and operational priorities. Build strong relationships with Defence customers and establish processes to keep critical capability mission-ready.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Electronics (Trade or Tertiary).
• Relevant qualification in Leadership / Management.
• Previous experience in Defence environment or industry.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to travel interstate or overseas when required.
• Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
