Job summary
Rheinmetall Australia is seeking a Service & Support Manager – Digital Systems to lead a team delivering maintenance, repair and support for Land 400 Phase 2 Boxer CRV digital systems across Australia.
You will balance technical, commercial and operational priorities, build strong relationships with Defence customers and establish the systems and processes that keep critical capability mission-ready, with opportunities to contribute to future Rheinmetall projects.
Qualifications
- Relevant Electronics qualification (trade or tertiary).
- Leadership or management qualification.
- Experience in Defence environment or industry.
- Willingness to travel interstate or overseas.
- Eligibility to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian citizenship required).
Responsibilities
- Lead a team delivering maintenance, repair and support for Land 400 Phase 2 Boxer CRV digital systems.
- Drive equipment availability and customer outcomes while balancing technical, commercial and operational priorities.
