Equans Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Service Support Coordinator for our Fire & Mech division in Thebarton, SA. Based in Thebarton office, you will support project delivery, coordinate stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and ownership.

The role requires at least 3 years in admin or service coordination, experience in fire/electrical/construction environments, and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fire, electrical, construction, or related environments.
• Strong admin, commercial processes & compliance understanding.

About The Role

Based in our Thebarton office, you'll work closely with Managers and operational teams to coordinate the successful support of our Fire & Mech division.

This is a pivotal role for someone who is highly organised, solutions-focused, and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Process bank guarantees, retentions, and invoicing requirements
• Coordinate labour, materials, technician schedules, and resources
• All Admin and support duties

About You

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in an Admin OR Service Support Co-ordinator role or similar role
• Experience within the Fire, electrical, construction, infrastructure or related environment.
• Strong understanding of administration, commercial processes, and compliance requirements
• High-level communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
• Advanced organisational and problem-solving abilities
• A resilient, proactive, and can-do attitude
