Job summary

Pramac, a Generac Company, is seeking an organised Internal Service Sales Coordinator for the Minto branch. You’ll support service operations from order processing to RMAs and CRM administration, acting as the bridge between Service, Sales, Finance, Purchasing and Warehouse teams.

You will maintain customer data in Simpro and Salesforce, process paperwork, and coordinate stock and deliveries with a customer-focused approach. Strong admin skills and experience with CRM systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent administration and computer skills with proficiency in common software
• Strong written and verbal communication with a genuine customer-service focus
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Simpro, Salesforce or similar CRM/service-management system is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal sales and service-sales administration, supporting the Sales and Service teams day to day
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and service information in Simpro and Salesforce
• Prepare and process order paperwork, invoicing and RMAs in line with company procedures
• Coordinate stock allocation, dispatch and customer delivery tracking
• Liaise directly with customers on orders, delivery status and enquiries
• Maintain Sales Order Progress reporting and capture supplier invoices accurately in Oracle
• Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required
