Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management in Wingfield, SA is seeking a Service Representative for a permanent full-time role. You will drive a service truck to client sites to maintain and clean industrial washers and related equipment, handling waste drums and large bins, completing digital service records, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum HR licence, basic mechanical aptitude, and willingness to travel 1–2 nights weekly with accommodation and meals provided.

Qualifications

• HR licence required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work away 1-2 nights per week (Accommodation and meals provided).
• Be fit and healthy and able to pass a pre-employment medical.
• Ability to obtain a National Police check (paid for by Cleanaway).
• Excellent customer service ethic and commitment to safety.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive company service truck to customer sites to service and clean equipment (washers, sinks, turbo-washers, spray gun machines).
• Collect multiple waste streams in 20L, 60L, 205L drums and 660L bins.
• Complete service documentation using mobile apps.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Start early and work overtime as required.

Service Representative

• Permanent - Full-time position - Wingfield, SA
• Day shift Monday - Friday. 6.30 am start.
• $38.00 an hour + penalties for all overtime. Must be able to work up to 50 hours per week
• Ability to work away 1-2 nights per week (Accommodation and meals provided)
• Full training and company uniforms provided

The Opportunity:

• Driving company service truck to customer sites to provide a service where you will be required to maintain and clean parts-washers, solvent sinks, turbo-washers, and spray gun machines.
• Pick up of multiple waste streams in 20ltrDrums - 60ltrDrums- 205ltr drums and 660ltr bins.
• Completion of service documentation using a technological device such as mobile phone apps
• Ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction
• Ability to start early and work overtime as required
