Ezyquip Hire in Dubbo, Australia, is seeking a proactive Service Coordinator to manage site service coordination for the maintenance team. You’ll ensure essential tools, parts, and procurement needs are met, enabling smooth operations on site.

Key tasks include creating rental contracts, quotes, ordering parts, liaising with suppliers for pricing, and maintaining paperwork. A hands-on, autonomous approach is essential to succeed in this busy workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Previous parts administration exposure with an understanding of machinery and equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• The ability to work autonomously, with minimal direction.
• Good problem-solving ability with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• A sound level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create rental contracts and organise basic hire requests.
• Create quotes for customers, and follow up as required.
• Order parts, products and materials for our workshop and project teams.
• Liaise with key suppliers to attain competitive pricing on all product purchases.
• Complete appropriate paperwork and purchase orders as required.
• Receipt and reconcile orders against invoices and follow up missing items or back orders.
• Schedule fleet and equipment maintenance as requested by the workshop team.
• Monitor stock levels of frequently used parts, products and materials for the mechanical team and complete orders when required.
• Follow up requests from trade persons for uncommon products by sourcing most suitable item at best available price.
• Ensure all fleet and equipment services are scheduled in line with service procedures or manufacturer guidelines.
