Job summary

Kennards Hire is hiring a Service Person at Site Services Sydney on a permanent full-time basis. You will clean, prepare and load portable site accommodation, perform minor repairs and handle required admin tasks to document work completed.

About the role

The Service Person at our Site Services Sydney branch involves cleaning and preparing portable site accommodation buildings, load and unloading portable site accommodation buildings, preparing portable site accommodation buildings for hire including packing and unpacking furniture and appliances. Conducting minor repairs and completing required administration works to document work completed.

This role requires you;

• Perform operational service maintenance and documentation to render equipment serviceable
• Ensure the yard is organised and equipment is rotated for availability.
• Follow site procedures to ensure a safe and efficient operating environment
• Perform branch facilities cleaning and maintenance as required

About you

• Successful applicants have come from various backgrounds such as; Customer service, building & construction, hospitality, retail, driver, landscaping, trade & maintenance.
• This role requires some physical components including lifting and standing on your feet for long periods. A level of physical fitness is required and the ability to pass a drug test
• Be proactive and keen to learn new skills
• A positive attitude and team player
