Job summary

Mind Australia is seeking a Service Operations Manager Locals for the Melton Local service, responsible for day-to-day operations, budgeting, performance targets, and service fidelity. The role embeds lived experience in the service model and works within a multidisciplinary consortium to deliver integrated mental health care and wellbeing supports.

The successful candidate will lead an interprofessional team, oversee budgets, and drive continuous improvement within a dynamic public health

Qualifications

• Experience in leading complex interprofessional/service delivery environments.
• Experience with people with mental health and/or AOD challenges and their families.
• Proven leadership and capability to coach and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Local service in the Greater Melton region.
• Manage operating budget and achieve performance targets.
• Provide supervision to the Team Leader-Lived Expertise and ensure fidelity of peer work.
• Influence internal stakeholders and consortium partners in service delivery.
• Plan, develop and implement service and expenditure budgets with GM.
• Maintain Mind policies and Code of Conduct.
