Job summary

Barwon Health leads the GGQ Mental Health and Wellbeing Local, delivering recovery-oriented care across Greater Geelong and the Borough of Queenscliffe. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, shape the service model, and work with consortium partners to deliver integrated care that improves outcomes for consumers, carers and the wider community.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in the mental health sector across public, private, NGO and primary care settings.
