Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in dispatch, scheduling or a similar operations role.
• Composed and solutions-focused during busy periods.
• Confident in making decisions and managing competing priorities.
• Warm, professional communication with customers and tradespeople.
• exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to anticipate problems and act before they affect the schedule.
• Strong computer, scheduling or CRM experience.
• Bring personality, positivity and a genuine team attitude.
• Take accountability and follow tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules for plumbers and electricians.
• Dispatch technicians efficiently across the service area.
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time.
• Respond calmly to emergencies, delays or last-minute changes.
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers.
• Manage inbound calls and prioritise urgent work.
• Follow up bookings and updates to job completions.
• Maintain accurate job information in the CRM system.
• Work closely with customer service and operations teams.
• Keep multiple moving parts organized with attention to detail.
