Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service operations including maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of service technicians.
• Schedule service calls and allocate resources for timely job completion.
• Manage service contracts and ensure work meets client specs.
• Conduct quality inspections to maintain high service standards.
• Maintain records of service activities and client communications.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and opportunities for additional services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Monitor inventory and order replacement parts as needed.
• Prepare service reports and provide management with performance updates.
