EliteProjects Electrical Maintenance (ElitePEM) is seeking an experienced electrician or electrical supervisor to advance into a Service Manager role from our Wyong office on the NSW Central Coast. You will lead the field team, manage client relationships, and drive service, maintenance and project delivery from enquiry to completion.

You will oversee estimating, quoting and project workflows, ensuring commercial viability while growing our service and maintenance portfolio.

Qualifications

• NSW Electrical Licence and strong commercial electrical experience.
• Experience supervising or coordinating electricians and apprentices.
• Ability to inspect, scope, estimate and quote electrical works.
• Good understanding of labour, materials and job costing; ability to read plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day delivery of electrical works across the business.
• Reviewing jobs and planning, scheduling and allocation of the field team.
• Estimating and preparing quotations for service, maintenance, project and tendered electrical works.
• Reviewing plans, specifications and scopes to develop accurate estimates.
• Conducting site inspections, scoping and quoting works.
• Liaising with facility managers, builders and commercial clients.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and procurement.

Electrical Service Manager

Elite – Projects, Electrical, Maintenance is looking for an experienced electrician or electrical supervisor ready to take the next step into a Service Manager position.

This is an opportunity to move into a leadership role while staying closely connected to the electrical industry. You’ll be involved across service, maintenance and project works, managing our field team, looking after clients, estimating and quoting works, and overseeing jobs from initial enquiry through to completion.

We are looking for someone who understands electrical work from the ground up and is ready to spend more time managing people, clients, projects and workflow rather than being permanently on the tools.

The Role

Working from our Wyong office and closely with the Directors and operations team, you will take ownership of the day‑to‑day delivery of electrical works across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming service, maintenance, reactive and project works
• Reviewing jobs and assisting with planning, scheduling and allocation of the field team
• Estimating and preparing quotations for service, maintenance, project and tendered electrical works
• Reviewing plans, specifications and scopes of work to develop accurate and commercially sound estimates
• Conducting site inspections, scoping and quoting works
• Following up quotations and identifying additional opportunities with existing clients
• Managing electrical works and projects from initial enquiry through to completion
• Liaising directly with facility managers, builders, councils, commercial clients and other key customers
• Providing technical support and direction to electricians and apprentices
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and procurement where required
• Reviewing completed jobs to ensure labour, materials and variations have been captured correctly
• Monitoring job costing, profitability and operational performance
• Building preventative maintenance and recurring service opportunities
• Developing relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Helping improve systems, processes and efficiency across the business
• Supporting the continued growth of ElitePEM

About You

We are looking for someone with strong electrical knowledge who can communicate confidently with both tradespeople and clients.

You may currently be an experienced electrician, leading hand, supervisor, estimator, service technician or project manager who is looking to move into a more office‑based leadership position.

Ideally, you will have:

• NSW Electrical Licence
• Strong commercial electrical experience
• Experience supervising or coordinating electricians and apprentices
• Ability to inspect, scope, estimate and quote electrical works
• Good understanding of labour, materials and job costing
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and scopes of work
• Experience managing electrical works or projects
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confidence dealing directly with commercial clients
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs at once
• A practical, solutions‑focused approach
• Good computer skills and willingness to work within job management systems
• A genuine interest in helping grow the business and our service and maintenance portfolio

Experience with Simpro, ASP Level 2 works, commercial and facilities maintenance, solar, battery storage or EV charging would be advantageous but is not essential.
