Camp Australia in Andergrove, QLD, is seeking an enthusiastic childcare team leader to design engaging activities and maintain safe, compliant programs for primary-aged children.

You will prepare healthy snacks, foster strong relationships with children, families, and local schools, and support a welcoming, inclusive environment. This role emphasizes child safety, ongoing development, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare and strong relationship-building skills.
• Completed or working towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability from 6:30 am - 8:30 am and 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Valid Child Protection training Certificate and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program.
• Plan exciting daily activities for primary-aged children.
• Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community.
