Even if you only meet some of the criteria, we’d love to hear from you.*****About the role**:The Service Lead is responsible for leading the performance and effective operation of an allocated service, program or work area, ensuring safe, effective and participant-centred service delivery in accordance with organisational, contractual and legislative requirements. You’ll provide operational leadership, workforce supervision, with accountability for achieving service outcomes, in line with organisational priorities and quality standards. This role will be primarily based across office sites, with regular physical presence required across allocated service locations.This role provides service leadership across the Adult Step Up Step Down (ASUSD) residential program, which operates 24/7 in partnership with Mental Health, Justice Health and Alcohol & Drug Services (MHJHADS)Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:* Leading delivery of allocated services to ensure safe, high-quality and participant-centred outcomes.* Monitor service performance against agreed outcomes and identify and implement improvements where required. Undertake reporting as outlined by funder and organisational requirements* Support collaborative approaches that improve participant pathways and service integration.* Support teams to embed partnership, participant voice, choice and self-determination with participants, families and carers across allocated sites.* Support effective collaboration with internal teamsQualifications and essential Requirements:* Tertiary qualification in health, human services, social sciences or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and experience.* Demonstrated experience leading community, health or human services and leading teams and supporting workforce capability.* Demonstrated ability to manage performance, resolve operational issues and achieve outcomes within a service, program or work area* Current valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel regularly between allocated service locations as required.* Current Working with Vulnerable Persons’ Check, Right to Work within Australia and 100 points of ID* NDIS Workers Screening check and NDIS Orientation Module* Current Police Check (within the last 12months) and International Police Check (if appliable)Once Applied Click here to download a copy of Position Description**About Us** Wellways connects people, strengthens families, and transforms communities for individuals of all ages experiencing disabilities or challenges to their social and emotional wellbeing.
