Job summary

Wellways is seeking a Partnership Contract Liaison to enhance delivery and understanding of partnership services under the Carer Gateway program. You will act as the primary contact for a portfolio of partners and provide specialist support for contracts, focusing on positive outcomes for carers, families, and the community.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in communications, customer experience, human-centered design, business, or a related field; OR equivalent practical experience in leading stakeholder engagement, contract management, and strategic partnerships for positive outcome.
  • Demonstrated experience working in programs or with products that deliver services to families and carers, mental health issues, rehabilitation practices, disability services and the impact of mental health issues and disability on service users, their families, carers, and the community.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Right to work within Australia
  • Current valid Driver’s Licence and the ability to undertake some travel
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
  • Satisfactory National Police Records Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children’s Check (Employee/Paid)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day matters for a portfolio of partners.
  • Provide specialist support for designated partnership contracts and drive collaboration for positive outcomes for partners, carers, and the community.
  • Support delivery and understanding of partnership services under the Carer Gateway program.
  • Report to the Stakeholder and Engagement Partnership Lead and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
