Job summary

Autosports Group seeks a Service Receptionist in Sydney to be the first point of contact for customers visiting the service department. You will deliver a welcoming, professional front-desk service while supporting the service team with administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, proficient MS Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask within a team. Automotive retail experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to new technologies.
• High attention to detail with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise duties, and work efficiently within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and return calls for the service department.
• Prepare daily repair orders, update customer details in ERA, verify warranty.
• Assist customers with taxis, hire cars or directions.
• Support the concierge with welcoming service clients and vehicle check-ins/outs.
• Perform general administration, including banking and filing.
• Manage the service department email inbox and respond promptly.
