Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking a Trade-qualified Field Service Technician to service beverage equipment across the Mackay region. You will diagnose faults, carry out preventative maintenance, and provide high-quality customer service while ensuring safe, reliable operation of equipment.

The role suits electricians or refrigeration technicians who enjoy hands-on, autonomous field work.

Qualifications

• Must have strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capability.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience using field service technology and IT systems.
• Full and valid Driver's Licence is required.
• Experience with coffee machines or coffee service environments highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair beverage equipment faults at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service activities.
• Support a wide range of beverage dispensing and refrigeration equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support.
• Maintain accurate service records and reporting documentation.
• Manage vehicle stock and parts inventory efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures and proactively identify risks.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support on a rotating roster.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and team initiatives.

About the Role

We are seeking a trade-qualified Field Service Technician to service and repair beverage equipment across customer sites throughout the Mackay region. Working autonomously, you will diagnose faults, complete preventative maintenance, and deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring equipment operates safely and reliably. This role is ideally suited to a qualified Electrician or Refrigeration Technician who enjoys hands-on work and autonomous field service activities
