Job summary

Bay Explorers Early Learning in Deception Bay seeks an accomplished early childhood leader to direct our service. You will be accountable for the quality, culture and performance, with authority to shape practice and policy while partnering with Approved Providers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Proven experience leading an approved service and a team of educators including managing performance, compliance, operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding and ability to execute expectations of the National Law and Regulations, the National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Current Blue Card, first aid, CPR, and asthma and anaphylaxis training, and completion of the required National Child Safety Training.
• A calm, composed and decisive leadership style with integrity and commercial awareness.

Role Description

About You
