Job summary

NRW Holdings is seeking a motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our IT Support team at our Head Office in Perth CBD. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, resolving problems via telephone and email and escalating as needed.

You will support internal users, provide basic training, and contribute to ITSM tools and documentation, while maintaining asset registers and security controls. This role offers long-term career opportunities within NRW.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of IT systems, software and networking basics.
• Ability to document issues and resolutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with employees to resolve IT issues by phone or email.
• Provide system and infrastructure support to business functions.
• Offer basic training on approved software to users.
• Create and maintain internal knowledgebase and user documentation.
• Install and configure software packages and manage asset registers.
• Monitor systems and networks to ensure performance.
• Assist with ITSM tool maintenance and security access controls.
• Participate in on-call roster as required.
