Job summary

Brightwater Care Group is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team and deliver timely support across the organisation from our central Inglewood office. You will assist with setup activities and create documentation to prevent downtime, contributing to productivity and service excellence.

The role requires customer-focused communication, service desk experience, and a basic ITSM understanding, with a team-driven approach to maintaining high standards of support.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in IT or related field (desirable).
• Experience on a Service Desk within a similarly sized organisation.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Working understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing IT support to users and solving non-complex problems.
• Responding to enquiries from various sources in a customer-focused manner to ensure timely resolution.
• Supporting setup activities of computers, printers, multifunction devices, smartphones, tablets and other IT systems using documented patterns and procedures.
• Creating and maintaining support documentation using approved templates to assist others in restoring services.
