Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within Banking/Financial Services.
• Experience recruiting high-volume frontline roles in Banking or Financial Services.
• Agency recruitment experience is highly regarded.
• Ability to proactively headhunt and build talent pipelines.
• AI-curious with experience using AI in talent sourcing.

Talent Acquisition Specialist | Business Banking | Korn Ferry RPO

We are partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to a large-scale client account. Supporting a high-volume Business Banking portfolio, you'll play a critical role in identifying, engaging and attracting top talent in a competitive market, delivering recruitment outcomes that directly impact business performance

Taking ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, you'll combine market intelligence, stakeholder partnership and creative sourcing approaches to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes and candidate experiences.

Working within a hybrid environment (minimum 2 days onsite per week) , you will collaborate with a high-performing recruitment team and be present with key stakeholders in Sydney, while maintaining strong accountability and results across your portfolio.

About You:

You’ll thrive on building relationships across the market, uncovering hard-to-reach talent through proactive and consistent sourcing activities, networking and creative approaches to talent attraction.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within Business Banking or similar sales portfolios
• Solid experience recruiting within Banking or Financial Services , including high-volume frontline roles
• Agency recruitment experience (highly regarded)
• Proven ability and drive for proactive headhunting and building strong talent pipelines
• An AI-curious candidate with experience using AI to uncover top talent
• Strong stakeholder management with demonstrated capability in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
• A collaborative working style with a genuine passion for candidate care and experience
• The ability to adapt quickly and learn new systems and processes with ease
• A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in delivery when partnering with stakeholders and peers
