Job summary
Schneider Electric is seeking experienced Service Representatives to join our Sydney-based team, delivering hands-on field service for a diverse customer portfolio including hospitals, utilities and data centers. You will perform installations, maintenance, repairs and ad-hoc tasks, collaborating with technical colleagues to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Ideal candidates will hold a Certificate III in Airconditioning and Refrigeration, a current driver’s licence and the ability to work
Qualifications
- Certificate III Airconditioning and Refrigeration qualification is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple teams and work autonomously.
- Strong HS&E commitment and risk awareness.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of field service tasks across Sydney and broader NSW.
- Coordinate and execute installations, preventative maintenance, repairs, and ad-hoc tasks with the team.
- Commissioning, site testing, system upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support and specialist advice to a broad customer base.
- Document service activities, maintenance reports and repair logs.
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings based on customer needs.
