Job summary

Nixil Pty in Canberra seeks a Service Delivery Manager to oversee operational ICT services, manage stakeholder relationships and drive service improvement initiatives.

You will coordinate incident, problem, change and service requests, lead service reviews and risk management, and collaborate with suppliers and delivery teams in a fast-paced, security-cleared environment.

This role requires current NV2 or TSPV clearance and starts in June 2027; location is Canberra.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end ICT service delivery.
• Strong understanding of ITIL service management practices.
• Experience with ITSM platforms, service dashboards and performance reporting.
• Strong customer engagement, supplier management and leadership skills.
