Job summary

BlueScope Distribution is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator for the Wingfield site to support despatch, inventory coordination and operational performance. The role requires strong liaison with Operations, Sales and Transport to ensure on-time delivery and accurate inventory levels.

You will monitor daily performance, drive service outcomes, and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder engagement across Operations, Sales and Transport.
• Experience with SAP or WMS for inventory control.
• Despatch, logistics or distribution coordination in fast-paced environments.
• Resilience and ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
• Customer-focused with commitment to service excellence.
• Solid understanding of distribution planning, scheduling and material movement.

Responsibilities

• Build day-to-day relationships with Operations, Sales and Transport.
• Influence stakeholders with clear, tailored messages for outcomes.
• Drive on-site performance by coordinating despatch and inventory.
• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound deliveries, including scheduling and manifesting.
• Link Sales, Operations and Transport to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor DIFOT, order fulfilment and inventory accuracy; address gaps.
• Work with warehouse team to resolve stock issues and support cycle counts.
• Manage and resolve service issues to ensure positive customer outcomes.
