Precision Automotive Equipment is seeking a Service Coordinator to plan, schedule and coordinate technicians across installation, service, repair and breakdown activities. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule technicians for service, repairs, breakdowns, and installations.
• Optimise technician utilisation and productivity through effective daily and weekly planning.
• Prioritise work based on urgency, customer commitments, and operational requirements.
• Adjust schedules in real time to manage breakdowns, delays, absences, and changing priorities.
• Monitor workflow and future demand to support proactive resource planning.
• Coordinate job requirements, including site readiness, access arrangements, and contractor support.
• Liaise with external contractors and specialist trades to ensure seamless onsite service delivery.
• Serve as the central coordination point to minimise downtime and operational disruption.
• Collaborate with Service Administrators to ensure efficient job completion and handover.
• Act as the primary customer contact for service scheduling, updates, and job progress.
• Communicate appointment times, schedule changes, and service updates in a timely manner.
• Promote safe work practices through effective planning, communication, and coordination.
• Consider fatigue management, travel requirements, and site conditions when scheduling work activities.
