Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Service Coordinator in Carole Park, QLD, to plan and execute service, repair and maintenance work through a team of Technicians in the North East Branch. You will report to the National Lead Planner and coordinate with field teams and customers to keep operations on track.

The role requires 2–3 years in service planning, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work under pressure while prioritising tasks.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a Service Planning or similar role.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and effectively prioritise tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with customers, suppliers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritise and schedule work for technicians.
• Plan un-planned breakdown work with Field Supervisors and the Service Manager.
• Arrange/order sub-contracted goods, services and equipment.
• Capture and control job-related costs using Time and Material trackers.
• Communicate planning processes and timelines to customers, technicians and subcontractors.
• Track and receive material orders to ensure timely delivery of the Orderbook when components are available.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate, energetic, and engagingService Coordinatorto join our team in Carole Park QLD.

Reporting to the National Lead Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing service, repair and maintenance work through the assigned team of Technicians in the North East Branch.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning, prioritising and scheduling work
• Planning un-planned breakdown work with the assistance of Field Supervisors and the Service Manager
• Arranging/ ordering sub-contracted goods, services and equipment.
• Capturing and controlling job-related costs by way of Time and Material Trackers in provided systems
• Effectively communicating the planning process and timelines to customers, technicians and subcontractors
• Tracking and receiving material orders to facilitate a timely delivery of the Orderbook when requisite components are available.

Qualifications

As a confident, well organised and determined individual, the successful candidate will also possess:

• 2-3 years in a Service Planning or similar role
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and effectively prioritise tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and team members,
• Demonstrated ability to plan jobs and develop a work scope
• Excellent time management skills
• Intermediate computer skills with experience working with the Office 365 Suite of products (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook).
