Mercy Health Home Care Services Geelong is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to manage rostering and support for Home Care Workers. You will ensure the right employee is rostered for the right service, client, and time, working with care advisors and referral partners.
The role emphasizes strong customer service, communication, and familiarity with rostering systems. A Certificate III in Individual Support is advantageous and NDIS Worker Screening is required.

Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to work in our South West Regional Office located in Geelong.
Working closely with a team of care advisors, referral agencies and service providers, our Service Coordinators are responsible for coordinating the rostering and support of a team of Home Care Workers to ensure the right employee is rostered to provide the right service, to the right client, at the right time.
If you are passionate about supporting people in your local community, you have excellent customer service and communication skills and you enjoy working in an environment where the changing needs of our clients are a priority, then we want to hear from you!
A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, as well as experience with rostering systems would be advantageous, but not essential.
