Job summary

AC3, an Australian-owned ICT managed service provider, is seeking a leader to guide configuration, capacity and availability management. You’ll work with internal teams to analyze, plan, measure and improve IT system performance and service levels.

You’ll bring strong leadership and solid experience in Configuration Management, data modelling, asset lifecycle management, and data reporting, helping AC3 deliver secure, scalable technology solutions for government and enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in managing teams or workstreams.
• Solid experience in Configuration Management, Data models, Asset Lifecycle Management and Data management reports.
