Job summary

Jacob Group in Myrtleford, VIC, is seeking an enthusiastic Aftersales Support person to assist customers across motorcycles, equipment, parts, accessories, servicing and warranty. You will collaborate with the workshop, parts, sales, and suppliers to deliver excellent after-sales support and help grow our Myrtleford team.

You will coordinate warranty claims, track parts and service progress, and maintain accurate records while contributing to a busy, supportive aftersales environment.

• Enjoys dealing with customers and solving problems.
• Has strong communication and organisational skills.
• Can manage several priorities at once.
• Is confident using computers and administration systems.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised Aftersales Support person to join our Myrtleford team and support customers across motorcycles, equipment, parts, accessories, servicing, and warranty.

With plans for a new showroom in Myrtleford, this is an exciting time to join the business and be part of our continued growth.

About the role

You’ll work closely with customers, the workshop, parts department, sales team, and suppliers to ensure our customers receive excellent after-sales support.
