Tea Journeys Pty Ltd in South Nowra is seeking a hands-on Customer Service and Operations Assistant to support packing, shipping, local deliveries, and daily warehouse tasks, with occasional pop-up events.

You will use Shopify to pick, pack and ship orders, provide customer service face-to-face, over the phone, and via email, and help with inventory and general warehouse upkeep. Availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays is essential.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of lifting and moving stock and deliveries.
• Comfortable communicating with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.

We're looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic Customer Service and Operations Assistant to join our team in South Nowra. The role involves packing and shipping orders, local deliveries, customer service, inventory management, packing products, and other daily warehouse tasks. You will also have opportunities to help with occasional pop-up events.

Key responsibilities

Local deliveries using a company vehicle

Using Shopify to pick, pack and ship orders

Customer service: face-to-face, over the phone, and via email

General warehouse organisation and maintenance

Packing products

About you

Physically capable of handling deliveries and stock (heavy box moving)

Full driver's license & reliable transport

Computer savvy, and owns their own device

Confidence in talking to customers and building rapport

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Willingness to learn about our products, their applications and how to use them

A proactive, self-motivated attitude

Availability on Tuesdays and Thursday is essential, as these are key delivery days

Experience in hospitality, retail, Shopify, and logistics is a plus
