Feedwell, a busy Sydney fresh food catering company, is seeking a part-time Logistics & Dispatch Assistant to support the Logistics Manager and Supervisor with delivery planning and order allocation. This hands-on role keeps you active throughout the shift and involves coordinating with drivers to ensure on-time departures.

This role focuses on packing and organizing delivery bags, allocating orders, and, when needed, completing deliveries in the Sydney CBD, typically 20-25 hours per week

Qualifications

• Physically active and on their feet during shift.
• Able to lift 5–10 kg delivery bags.
• Available to work 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Organised, reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Team-focused and works well in a busy environment.
• Holding a driver's licence is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and packing delivery bags for daily runs.
• Organising and allocating orders to drivers and walkers.
• Supporting the dispatch team to ensure deliveries leave on schedule.
• Completing deliveries across the Sydney CBD when required.
• Checking orders for accuracy and presentation before dispatch.

This is a hands-on, active role - not a desk job.

As our Part-Time Logistics & Dispatch Assistant, you'll support our Logistics Manager and Supervisor with preparing delivery runs, organising delivery bags, allocating orders to our delivery team, and helping ensure every delivery leaves on time. You'll also complete deliveries when required, using a trolley to transport delivery bags throughout the Sydney CBD.
