Job summary

Snowy River Caravans is seeking a Service & Aftersales Advisor to oversee the daily service centre operations, ensuring high-quality service, pre-delivery preparation, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years' caravan/automotive experience, a valid driver’s license with towing experience, and proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel. This is a full-time role in Traralgon, Victoria, Australia with a salary of $60K-$70K.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Caravan/Automotive/Recreational Vehicles preferred.
• Driver’s license and ability to tow caravans preferred.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service centre operations and ensure timely jobs meet quality standards.
• Manage and schedule repair orders to optimise resources.
• Maintain inventory levels of parts to prevent delays in service.
• Ensure safety regulations and industry standards are followed throughout repairs.
• Communicate with customers regarding repair status, costs and ETA.
• Oversee final vehicle preparation for delivery and quality checks.
