Job summary

Frizelle Sunshine Automotive in Tweed Heads is seeking a Service Advisor to be the key link between customers and our Mazda service team, ensuring every vehicle visit is handled with care and customers leave confident in the work.

You will greet customers, manage bookings, prepare clear estimates, coordinate with technicians, and follow up on completed work and warranty claims, building lasting relationships across our trusted dealership.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a service advisor or customer-facing automotive role is highly regarded.
• Confidence using dealer management systems or similar software will help you settle in quickly.
• A current driver's licence is essential for this role.
• Strong attention to detail means nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
• You enjoy working as part of a team while also taking ownership of your own customer relationships.
