Job summary

Eagers Automotive Limited is seeking a Service Advisor in NSW. You will greet customers, determine what’s needed, and liaise with Sales, Service, and Repair to ensure clear understanding of recommended solutions.

You’ll track progress, inform customers of timelines and charges, and maintain excellent client communication throughout. The role requires outstanding organizational skills, a NSW driver’s license, and familiarity with ERA, Pentana, and the Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
• Highly organized administrative abilities.
• Current NSW driver's licence.
• Knowledge of ERA and Pentana computer systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine needs in person or by phone.
• Coordinate with the relevant department, establish a timeline, and track progress.
• Keep customers updated on status and charges.
• Demonstrate strong organization and communication in a team environment.

As ourpoint of contact,you will need the ability togenuinelyconnect with customers and help them withtheir requests, whether they are with you in person or on the phone.

Asthego–between fromourcustomer toourSales,Service,andRepairDepartments,it will be your jobtoensurethetechnicians understand ourcustomers’needs,andthattherecommendedsolutionsarefullyunderstood by the customers.

Your day in the office will consist of greeting customers,workingoutwhat’sneededand thecharges. Thenit’sup to you tobriefthe relevant department,establisha timeline, track progress,andkeepthe customers updated.

To do this,you’llneed to be a highly organised administration sensation, with an up-to-date knowledge of all our services, and exceptional communication skills (bothverbal and written).Working wellwithin a team environment is essential, as is acurrent NSW driver’s licence, aworking knowledgeofourERA andPentanacomputer systems,and the Microsoft suite of programs.
