Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Servery Staff member at Marcus Loane House in Warriewood to deliver meals with warmth, dignity and safety. You will work closely with kitchen and care teams to support residents’ dietary needs and provide attentive service.

In this role you will prepare and serve meals, set up dining areas, keep areas clean, and help create a positive mealtime experience that supports health and wellbeing. NDIS screening is required; food handling certification is preferred.

As a valued Servery Staff at Marcus Loane House in Warriewood, your role to create a positive mealtime experience that supports residents’ health, dignity, and emotional wellbeing through attentive service and collaboration with kitchen and care teams.

What You’ll Bring

Empathy to interact respectfully with elderly residents, attention to detail to follow dietary requirements, and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
