Job summary

Jaywing is seeking a talented SEO Manager to join our buzzing and flourishing SEO team in Sydney. Working with the Head of SEO and GEO, you'll craft and execute robust SEO strategies, balancing foundational practices with innovative approaches to adapt to changing search algorithms.

You'll guide juniors, stay ahead on technical SEO, collaborate with content teams to align strategies, manage budgets for ROI, and serve as the main client contact to communicate progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Commerce or Marketing & Media.
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Leadership in managing SEO teams with mentoring and driving performance.
• Craft content strategies and execute link-building to boost rankings.
• Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) for research and audits.
• Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources for ROI.
• Collaborate across departments and manage international SEO efforts.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while delivering quality.
• Strategic thinking with analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions.
• Adaptable and flexible in changing environments; effective problem solving.
• Emotional intelligence for client management and relationship building.
• Strong project management to lead from conception to completion.

Responsibilities
