We’re hiring an SEO Specialist in-house to lead and evolve organic growth across our client portfolio.

This role combines technical SEO, content direction, authority building, and strategic thinking. You will work across both foundational website projects and ongoing optimisation retainers, ensuring every site we launch is structurally sound and built for long-term visibility.

You will be responsible for building structured, measurable SEO systems for established service businesses and helping evolve our offering into a modern SEO, AEO and GEO approach that reflects how search is changing.

We are looking for someone who understands that organic growth is not just rankings. It is structure, authority, content quality, search intent alignment and measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Conducting technical SEO audits and implementing improvements
Building structured SEO roadmaps aligned to business objectives
Leading on-page optimisation and site architecture planning
Managing and refining local SEO strategies
Writing or overseeing content development and approving final output
Managing link building campaigns through partner networks or developing in‑house systems
Improving tracking, measurement and clarity of SEO performance
Collaborating with Paid Media and Web teams to align strategy
Contributing to the evolution of our SEO, AEO and GEO frameworks

This is both a strategic and hands‑on role.

AI & Workflow Expectations

We expect you to use modern AI tools to enhance research, accelerate analysis and improve content quality.

However, quality and human alignment matter. You should be comfortable guiding AI tools rather than relying on them blindly, ensuring every output reflects search intent, brand voice and genuine value for users.

AI should sharpen your thinking and efficiency, not replace judgement.

What We’re Looking For

Have 3 to 5+ years of agency SEO experience or have operated independently and want more stability and collaboration
Have strong technical SEO capability including site structure, indexing, crawl optimisation and performance
Understand local SEO deeply
Can guide content creation from intent research through to approval
Think in terms of pipeline and business impact, not just traffic
Stay current with search evolution including AI-driven search behaviour
Communicate strategy clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

You should be confident owning SEO direction while collaborating closely with the broader performance team.

We intentionally limit client load to ensure depth and quality of work.

You will not be overloaded with accounts. We prioritise meaningful strategy, proper execution and measurable progress. As we grow, we will support this role with additional resources where needed.
